Hi JohnI can't help you directly with a solution but you might find help in this listing on Google for the error messageI would ignore any like the first which offer solution tools - too many dangers unless you really know the source.That error does seem to point to drivers and that is a major source of problems with either upgrades to Windows 10 from earlier versions of Windows, or in your case perhaps the use of older software.Here's a that came up when I was looking up that USR USB modem.
